... Why subject yourself to business travel if you can do it virtually?

D.C.-based Tradebuilders has set up a virtual trade mission to help Indian execs of U.S. companies do online conferences with their counterparts in Bangalore, the Indian equivalent of Silicon Valley.

The Web-based system uses tools like chat technology and video conferencing to introduce U.S. businesspeople to partners in India. Traditional trade missions can cost $5,000 per person; Tradebuilders' (http://www.tradebuilders.com) products cost between $100 and $1,000.
